Prayer As We Patiently Wait on God

Dear Lord, As I go through my days, facing each of the situations before me, I pray that you give me the strength to be patient as I wait for you to move in every single one. Help me to be brave and courageous when the fear grows strong and the time passes so slowly. Help me to cast fear far away, as I keep my eyes on you in every single situation today. In your Name, I pray, Amen.

Matthew 24:26-27

Verse:

“So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.” - Matthew 24:26-27

Prayer To Live in the Truth

The end times can be a scary place to exist. There are many who fight the truth, speak against the truth, and oppress those who believe in and stand for the truth. For those of us that live our lives according to the Truth, it gets harder every day. We are misunderstood and mislabeled. We are lonely and alone at times. But through it all, we maintain a hope and a peace that surpass all understanding. Amen.

2 Timothy 1:7

Verse:

“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” - 2 Timothy 1:7

Prayer For Self Control

Almighty God, help me maintain a calm and composed demeanor, rather than being ruled by anger. Your Word teaches me that those who do not control their temper are like a city without walls and defenseless. Give me control over irritability and rage. As Your Spirit develops within me the godly virtues of forgiveness and long-suffering, may I put to death my sinful nature which wars against my spiritual nature. Amen.

Romans 10:10

Verse:

“For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” - Romans 10:10

Prayer Against Unbelief

Jesus, my Savior, You came down to earth to save me and told me to have faith in You. You said that with faith I can even say to the mountain, “Go, throw yourself into the sea,” and it will be done. My mind knows that if I believe, trust and have faith in You, I will receive whatever I ask for in Your holy name. I believe in You, Jesus. I believe that You are Lord. You are the God Most High. You are the Creator of Heaven and Earth. Erase my doubt, Jesus. Take it all away. Help my unbelief. I deliver myself into Your righteous hands. Amen.

Psalm 82:3

Verse:

“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.” - Psalm 82:3

Prayer For Victims of Injustice

I pray for the lost, the hurting, the lonely, the sick, the bereaved, and those who are imprisoned—behind both visible and invisible walls. Send your comfort, your peace, and your calming presence to those who are without hope. Protect the defenseless, and hold them close to your heart. I pray for laborers to tell the good news of Jesus to people around our world. Jesus, my heart cries out for persecuted believers, too. Make them brave, and give them your powerful protection. I pray you will bring swift justice to those who want to destroy the innocent and those who carry your name. Bind the power of Satan, and strengthen believers everywhere. Amen

My heart is filled with adoration When I lift my eyes to you. For you are Lord of all creation, You make all things new.My mind is filled with inspiration When I open my eyes anew. Hebrews 3:14

Verse:

“We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.” - Hebrews 3:14

Prayer For Conviction of Sins

Holy Father, You are the one and only Holy Father in heaven and on earth. I humble myself and confess that I need Your help to walk holy in this life You have given me. Thank You for the Holy Spirit's conviction and correction that You have freely bestowed to those who believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior. I pray that the Holy Spirit, in mercy, would convict me of any sin or any bad habit that is in my life. I forsake my pride and renounce it in Jesus' Name. I want to live a life that brings glory and joy to You.
