Saint Kieran

Profile

Kieran converted to Christianity. He was a pilgrim to Rome, Italy. He was ordained by Saint Patrick. He became the first Bishop of Ossory, Ireland and the founder of Saighir monastery. He is sometimes confused with Saint Piran of Cornwall. Several healing wells were named for Kieran.
